Please download and complete the Application Form below and then send it to us. Once we have confirmed that you are eligible for admission to The London LifeLine Academy, we will issue you with a registration letter, which will enable you to apply for a visa if required.

Please note, you will be required to make a payment of at least £350.00 deposit, or the full fees for your course if these are less than this, before a registration letter will be issued.
